Project Website from JMRI GitHub repository

The JMRI web site is built from directories checked into the GitHub repository.

Whenever the static content of the GitHub JMRI/JMRI repository changes, this job will update the primary web site (at https://www.jmri.org) and the older SourceForge hosted site (at http://jmri.sourceforge.net).

It does not build and update the JavaDoc or XSLT components, nor the parts from the JMRI/website repository.
